Delivery of Bayn’s EUREBA® D-01 for the sweetening of ice cream for the Chinese New Year

Bayn Europe’s production partner Honsea Sunshine Biotech Co. Ltd in Guangzhou has delivered a trial order of 6,6 tonnes EUREBA® D-01. The customer is Hoiee Wuhan Ice-works (www.hoiee.cn), which specialises in sugar reduced bakery products and ice creams. Hoiee is a subsidiary of Poonmanee, who has its headquarters in Wuhan located about 500 km west of Shanghai.

EUREBA® D-01 is Bayn’s sugar replacer specifically developed for dairy products. It has been successfully used by ice cream producers both in Sweden and abroad. EUREBA® D-01 can replace sugar one-to-one in, among other, dairy products without compromising on taste or mouthfeel.

The order is worth about 240 TSEK and is a trial order for a series of planned deliveries starting April 2019 with final delivery in the first quarter of 2020. The total order shall comprise at least 100 tonnes with a value in excess of 3,8 MSEK.
