The first application samples for forest fruit jam have been dispatched and we are receiving a lot of positive feedback. The application sheet and samples developed at Vitablend, are for a 50% sugar reduced forest fruit jam sweetened with EUREBA 80 and using Nutriose bulking. The jam application is also suitable for other flavors such as strawberry. At Bayn’s food laboratory in Stockholm work is going on aiming at further increasing the sugar reduction in the jam application. Fruit preparation for application in yogurt is also being tested.
