EUREBA® Replaces Sucralose

Replacing sucralose with Stevia in a mature product such as a protein drink is not a straightforward task. Several parameters have to be considered; the differences in the degree of the sweetness, the character of the taste and the difference in the synergy/masking effect with the other ingredients. By screening different concentrations of EUREBA® and testing different masking ingredients we have successfully developed a new formulation where an EUREBA® Blend is used instead of sucralose without adjusting the main ingredients. The taste of the new product has not been compromised by this replacement.
