Bayn R&D has developed a chocolate drink powder with 90% less added sugar sweetened with EUREBA 80. All the ingredients are from natural sources. The addition of 2% oat microfiber has a beneficial function for digestion and provides an even healthier label for the customers. This product has an excellent taste and good mouthfeel based on evaluations by teenagers in our taste panel. Chocolate drink powders for children such as O’boy and Quick generally contain very high levels of added sugar (up to 80%). Sugar reduction is a high priority issue for the European public health policy makers.
This application is Bayn’s first ready-to-use blend developed with EUREBA and microfiber, in-line with Bayn’s R&D strategy.
