Bayn is soon to open Bayn Studio in Gävle, Sweden, as an innovation centre for product design and education regarding sugar reduction. The studio will also be a showroom for Bayn’s product EUREBA, a natural solution for sugar and calorie reduction, and Bayn’s range of sugar reduced products.
“Bayn Studio will work as a solid knowledge transfer platform for our communication with both our customers and the public. We will invite our customers, i.e. food producers, to attend workshops and seminars about sugar reduction and solutions. At the same time, we will invite consumers and school children to come to Bayn Studio and experience making chocolate and sweets without added sugar”, says Lucy Dahlgren, CEO of Bayn Europe.
The Bayn Studio will have an academy open for workshops, for both consumers and companies, with the aim to increase knowledge about sugar reduction. It will also serve as a way for Bayn to get direct consumer feedback for new product development, and for their sustainable business development.
Bayn Studio will also have a coffee corner where the public will be offered healthy and tasty cakes and sweets without added sugar.
The construction of Bayn Studio will start shortly, and the centre is planned to open after the summer.
