Bayn Europe AB and their Norwegian distribution partner Storms AS signed a Letter of Intent in June last years for deliveries for the bakery industry. Now the first partial order has been made for Bayn’s sugar replacement solution EUREBA® B-02. The value of this partial order is about SEK 50,000.
To replace sugar in bakery products offers particular challenges. Sugar is an essential part of sweet bakes and affects not only the taste but the textrue and colour when the products are baked. Bayn’s EUREBA® B-02 for bakery products offers a solution to this.
