BAYN EUROPE HAS DECIDED TO MOVE TO CORPORATIZE AND THEREAFTER CARRY OUT A SPIN OFF ON THE BRAND TAKK!®, A BUSINESS CONCEPT FOCUSING ON THE CONSUMER SEGMENT WITHIN SUGAR REDUCTION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE

Bayn Europe is further strengthening their position on the sugar reduction market by its decision to broaden their focus on the consumer segment with its concept takk!®. The takk!® concept will focus on reduced sugar concept stores consisting of DIY kitchen, Swedish café, and the sale of sugar reduced consumer products. They will be open to the public, both in Sweden and in China.

Having observed the increased public demand for sugar reduced options, Bayn opened its concept store in Sweden to the public in 2016 with great success. With proven consumer interest Bayn will go forth with the planned market expansion to China and the opening of more concept stores. The concept stores, under the name takk!®, will market and sell DIY kitchen, fika (Swedish coffee and cake time) and consumer products without added sugar. The concept stores will also showcase and sell other sugar reduced consumer brand products and healthy ingredient alternatives for sugar reduction.
