During the summer the sale of Bayn Europe’s ready solutions for sugar reduction, sold under the name EUREBA®, have reached parity with their sale of ingredients.
Since 2017 Bayn has actively worked to position the company as a leading supplier of products which can easily replace sugar in different market segments. To deliver ready made products and services was a strategic step to move Bayn to a more solution-based company.
The sale of sugar replacement solutions has since then increased to at this point make up for half of the company’s sales. Bayn’s solutions for sugar reduced or sugar free ice cream have been particularly successful this summer. The rest of the sales is made up of their ingredients, such as stevia and rosemary extract, under the brand name NAVIA®.
EUREBA® sugar replacement solutions are available for, amongst others, ice cream, yoghurt, fruit preparations, confectionary and drinks. Bayn offers not only the sugar replacement solution itself but also consultancy services within formulation and product development.
The increased sales of EUREBA® means that the company will begin further production on a larger scale in The Netherlands.
