PETER WERME

Chairman

Born in 1960. Partner och founder of Första Entreprenörsfonden, which early on invested in Bayn Europe AB through its funds. Peter has 30 years of experience of the financial markets. He was on the founding team of ABB Investment Management and ABB Fonder 1986/87, where he worked during ten years.
Peter was a co-founder and manager of hedgefunds within both SEB and Handelsbanken. He has an MBA from Uppsala University. Peter has, through company ownership 1,933,443 shares i Bayn. Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2015.

LUCY DAHLGREN

Member

Born in 1969. Founder of Bayn Europe. Was educated in marketing at Aarhus School of Business in Denmark in 1993. Thereafter an MBA in project management at Henley Management College in England. Lucy has worked with stevia since 2007 and was awarded ambassador for women’s entrepreneurship in 2009 by the Ministry of enterprise and Innovation, given out by the deputy prime minister Maud Olofsson. She has, through private and company ownership, 1,001,934 shares in the company. Member of the Board of Directors since 2018.

CHATARINA SCHNEIDER

Member

Chatarina Schneider, born in 1963, works as CEO for AmphoChem AB. Chatarina has previously held different managerial positions at Akzo Nobel and has extensive experience from international sales and marketing as well as strategy and business management. She has led many multi-cultural teams. Chatarina has also been responsible for business activities for Akzo Nobel in Asia, based in Shanghai. She has a degree in chemistry from Linköping University. She has through private and company ownership 344,317 shares in the company. Member of the Board of Directors since 2017.

GUNNAR EK

Member

Born in 1941. Studied industrial organisation at Chalmers University of Technology. He was previously director at Nordea during the 1980s. He was vice federal chairman of  Aktiespararna, responsible for the company surveyance, for 22 years. Gunnar has previously been a member of the city council in Gothenburg, a board member in Göteborgs Spårvägar, vice president of the local government of Gothenburg, one of Sweden’s main property managers, and also previously, manager of the Foundation for the investment portfolio for Chalmers University of Technology. He has 21,080 shares in the company and is a member of the Board of Directors since 2018.
