EUREBA® is a taste solution of natural HIS or bulk sweetener blends designed for sugar replacement. They are based on carefully selected ingredients such as polyols (sugar alcohols), dietary fibres and natural sweeteners to provide an end-product that has a superior taste, sufficient sweetness and the desired mouth feel and structure.
EUREBA® is Bayn’s solution and product line for the food industry. The name of EUREBA® comes from the combination of EU and RebA, which implies our sweetening solution RebA, or Rebaudioside A, as it is commonly known. RebA is the sweetest of all natural compounds in the stevia leaf. EUREBA is in compliance of RebA and EU legislation which is different from other regions’ legislation.
NAVIA™ is a high purity, high intense sweetener derived from the Stevia Rebaudiana Bertoni plant. It is based on the sweet steviol glycoside Rebaudioside A. NAVIA is a cost effective product line designed for bulk deliveries.

Lido takk!® / Bayn Studio
Bayn Studio is a concept store and knowledge center for product design and education around sugar reduction. The studio is located in Gävle, Sweden.
The studio consists of:
Café store where we reinvent baked goods with Bayn solution that contain less sugar and offer healthier “fika” (Swedish traditional coffee time with traditional pastries and cakes) for the public. The café is run in cooperation with Lido Konditori, on of the eldest and leading cafes in Gävle, Sweden.
Bayn Studio Lab kitchen
Bayn Studio Lab Kitchen offers DIY (Do-It-Yourself) courses for adults, children and companies with the aim of demonstrating the rewarding taste experience that can be combined with a healthy lifestyle. Workshops are held in sugar reduction and its health benefits under pedagogic guidance of taste and confectionery experts.
